She is a loyalty marketing and database analytics thought leader in the casino marketing and hospitality sectors. She specializes in maximizing the utility of CRM systems through data segmentation, analysis, and loyalty programming. The differentiating factor in her consulting engagements is her ability to reach beyond the numbers in order to foster a better relationship between companies and their customers. She has a proven track record as a consultant, having worked with over 100 tribal and commercial casinos in the US and abroad over the past twelve years.
Red Gravy Owner and Executive Chef, Eric Brenner has been cooking since an early age. After a storied career of culinary excellence, Brenner opened his first business as chef/owner of MOXY Contemporary Bistro bringing his education and experience to full fruition. It was then that a new creative outlet opened for Eric as he began consulting for new businesses and with Isle of Capri Casinos as they looked to advance their culinary programs in all of their properties across the nation. He also created “Bold-Organics”, a healthy product line distributed in thousands of grocery stores across the US.
Brenner has supported various restaurants across the country by creating culture, implementing intelligent kitchen designs, providing accounting support, leading culinary and service training and developing menus to provide sustainable market share and profits.

Following the successful launch of Wynn Las Vegas, Julia served as the Vice President of Brand Marketing for Isle of Capri Casinos. Leading the development of a new brand portfolio for the company as well as the reintroduction of the ubiquitous Lady Luck Casino brand and the first farm-to-table casino buffet concept. Julia currently leads a team of marketers as the president of J Carcamo & Associates – developing new brands as well as refining existing ones and providing consulting and complete project management for both strategic and tactical services to a diverse client base. Recognizing a shift in demographics, she has formed espÑOLA, a joint venture matching mainstream marketers with the growing Hispanic market.
Darcee Kissler is a National Board Certified teacher who specializes in literacy. She is a lifelong learner who believes that education is a journey, not a destination. She is currently the Executive Director of Grand County Higher Education, an organization dedicated to bringing integrated learning to better prepare local workforces for existing and future needs. Her work continues as a speaker, presenter, and publisher to better approaches to literacy from pre-k through high school.
Jeff Klem is dedicated to creating environments where people choose to do their best work and be their best self. He recently launched Adventures in Leading, a consultancy which focuses on engaging leadership teams through strategic development via coaching, retreats, team development, and experiential activities. Jeff most recently served as Vice President of Talent Development for Vail Resorts. During his tenure with Vail Resorts, the company was named a top employer by Forbes magazine and one of the 50 most innovative companies by Fast Company.
Joshua LeDuff is as a seasoned business strategy executive with foundational experience in finance, operations, and marketing. After establishing a career in accounting and finance, Joshua transitioned into casino marketing and analytics, ultimately reaching a key role with Isle of Capri Casinos (now Eldorado Resorts). Joshua has developed teams and processes in all areas of marketing including product development, growth strategy, marketing operations, brand management, the voice of the customer, and advertising. Most recently, under his company, Peak Marketing Partners, Joshua serves as Chief Strategy Officer assisting data-driven decision-making across marketing and finance for small companies. Joshua had an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Michigan with a Masters of Business Administration. In the state of California, Joshua is a Certified Public Accountant and is applying for a Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Texas.
