Digital Targeting and Serving in the Ever-shifting World of Media

Best Practices in Digital Targeting for Casinos

It has been happening for some time, but the current tectonic shift in traditional media will be remembered as one of historical proportions. So much is being developed so quickly that the rules of media – how we evaluate it and use it – are changing almost daily. Even Amazon is making headway as another advertising outlet! The good news is that reaching your target audience can still be done with even smaller budgets. However, understanding the right opportunities requires a different approach. This session will give you the foundation to start buying your media more efficiently than ever before, allowing you to fill your marketing funnel (and yes, casinos have marketing funnels) with digital targeting solutions and tactics.

Session Coaches:

Adele George, A.M. George

As a media planning and buying expert, Adele M. George brings 20+ years of marketing strategy, media planning, and buying experience to the table for her clients.  She’s built her career on having a deep understanding of what motivates people to buy a product or service and how to best reach their consumers. Over the years, has bought for a wide variety of categories such as casinos, attorneys, automotive, medical, healthcare, tourism, retail, and restaurants.

Maximizing Your Response and Return with SMS and Email

As legalized online gambling and sports betting continue to expand, our operations attract digital natives faster than ever before. Did you know 66% of American adults have nomophobia, the fear of not having their phone? SMS messaging and targeted emails allow marketers to stimulate additional visits through real-time offers and can help us fill empty rooms or seats.

More casino guests are interested in signing up for emails and texts. They want to receive these communications from brands more often than you think, BUT you have to be smart.

This session will break down the strategies and tactics that have driven over 30% of theo and upwards to 75%.
