Angie Dobney

Angie Dobney, Rise Up Revenue

Angie Dobney is the Founder of Rise Up Revenue Optimization, a consulting firm she founded after leaving software sales during the pandemic. She specializes in helping hotels and casinos reset their strategies to drive profit and optimize total resort and portfolio revenue. Angie brings hands-on expertise to gaming and hospitality clients around the world, drawing on a career that includes leading revenue management for Rainmaker, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and Station Casinos in Las Vegas.

A passionate advocate for revenue strategy, Angie now teaches revenue and profit optimization at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas—her alma mater—where she was named Mentor of the Year in 2007. She is also a 2018 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, chairs Gaming Day, and serves on the board of HSMAI Las Vegas, where she continues to inspire the next generation of industry leaders.

Simon Farmer, Pala Casino Resort Spa

With 20 years in the gaming industry, Simon has led both guest-facing departments and behind-the-scenes strategy, analytics, and execution for promotions, events, and advertising, driving measurable results through data-informed segmentation, behavioral analysis, and multi-channel marketing. His efforts have been recognized with Romero Awards, San Diego AMA honors, and AGA Communications Awards. Antonio Perez, Rolling Hills Casino & Resort

Antonio Perez is the General Manager of Rolling Hills Casino & Resort in Northern California, having joined during its major expansion in 2020. He brings over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, including 17 years with Penn National Gaming, and has held senior leadership roles at five properties across four states. Antonio began his career in frontline positions at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races and steadily advanced into executive roles. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Shepherd University.

Chris Province, Player Performance Group

Chris Province is the founder of Player Performance Group, a Tulsa-based agency revolutionizing gaming and hospitality through data-driven strategies and inspired leadership. Chris transforms complex analytics into compelling narratives that align teams, elevate performance, and bring bold visions to life. Suzanne Trout, Cordish Gaming Group

Suzanne Trout is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Cordish Gaming Group, where she leads marketing and brand strategy across the company’s growing portfolio. Since joining Cordish, she has helped drive expansion into key markets, including the opening of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, and most recently, Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City, Louisiana. Additional projects are underway in Virginia and New Hampshire, along with ventures in iGaming and sports betting.

Prior to Cordish, Suzanne served as CMO at Foxwoods Resort Casino, overseeing marketing for one of the largest casino resorts in North America. Her previous roles include senior leadership positions at Eldorado Resorts, Rush Street Gaming, Caesars Entertainment, and Grand Casinos.

A veteran in gaming and hospitality marketing, Suzanne began her career at Tropicana and now serves on the Board of Directors for Global Gaming Women, supporting the advancement of women in the industry.

Ronald Washington, Eagle Mountain Casino

Ronald Washington, Jr is a leader with 21 years in the casino industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Event Management, Loyalty Programs, and Team Building. Strong operations professional with a Gaming Management Certificate focused on table games management from the University of Nevada-Reno. Global Gaming Magazine 40 under 40 Emerging Leaders May 2016.

Dan White, Dan White + Associates

A marketing professional for the past 27 years, Dan White has spent the last 19 years in the tribal casino industry. He was the Director of Marketing at Muckleshoot Casino, the largest casino in the Pacific Northwest and one of the largest casinos in the United States. He has served in executive and officer-level roles at several properties in both marketing and casino operations. Since 2009, Dan has been part of various qualitative and quantitative research pr studies regarding casino consumers and has championed the value of research in building strategies. Dan received his bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University’s School of Journalism in 1993 and is currently pursuing his certification in Behavioral Economics from Texas A&M University. He is a former United States Marine.

Jamie Lyn Williams, Tesuque Casino

Jamie Lyn Williams is an enrolled member of the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin. She is an 18-year seasoned casino marketing professional. Jamie began her career in special events, working her way through various areas of her tribe’s casino operations, including gaming departments, training and development, and hospitality, eventually becoming the marketing director. She has worked for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, where she opened the Prairie Flower Casino in Carter Lake, Iowa, and for the Eastern Shoshone Tribe of Wyoming, where she reopened the property and managed both marketing and hotel operations. Having opened multiple properties, a grocery store, a convenience store, and an outdoor amphitheater, Jamie brings with her a vast array of experiences in tribal gaming and develops strategies under complex lending structures. When asked about how she envisions measuring the success of an organization, while mentioning the common marketing metrics, she also states, “retention, property culture, and property-wide morale.” She is currently the director of marketing for Tesuque Casino in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
