Adam is the VP Digital Marketing for Live! Casino & Hotel, a Mid-Atlantic based family-owned gaming operator with locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Louisiana. He and his team are responsible for website, paid search and social media infrastructure and reporting. Adam manages the company’s agency relationships and is the executive sponsor for Live!’s mobile app. He previously worked for Hershey, McCormick and SAGE Dining in brand management. Adam and his family live in Baltimore, MD.
Chad Hallert, Good Giant
Chad Hallert, Chief Marketing Officer at Good Giant, brings over 20 years of digital marketing, database marketing, and revenue management leadership. He has shaped digital strategies for Fortune 500 companies such as Hartford Insurance, FICO, and Autodesk. Named one of Direct Marketing News’ “40 Under 40,” Chad leads marketing strategy for over 25 resort brands across the U.S., including Live! Casinos, Mohegan, Foxwoods, and Agua Caliente. Beyond driving digital transformation, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, mentoring aspiring marketers. Aaron Harn, Wild Rose Entertainment
Aaron Harn is the Vice President of Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Player Development at Wild Rose Entertainment, which operates three casino hotels in Iowa. With nearly 20 years of experience in casino marketing, he has worked at Isle of Capri Casinos, Boyd Gaming, and Delaware North, excelling in database marketing, player development, advertising, brand management, and event promotion.
At Wild Rose Entertainment, Aaron oversees overall marketing strategy and provides direction to senior leadership and marketing teams. He focuses on database marketing, player development, advertising, brand management, and events, ensuring cohesive business strategies. Known for designing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement, Aaron is committed to researching and deploying modern tools to attract and retain customers, positioning Wild Rose Entertainment at the industry’s forefront.
Christy Ka’ahanui, Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures
Christy Ka’ahanui is the Director of Digital and Marketing Strategy at Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV). She has over 15 years of experience in marketing communications, new media, and social networking. She leads digital and marketing strategies and supports marketing teams across the gaming, hospitality, marketing, and technology sectors. At MLCV, Christy makes critical media decisions, crafts digital communication and automation strategies, and manages the marketing tech stack. She focuses on innovation, strategy optimization, and personalization to enhance guest experiences.
Christy’s responsibilities include strategic oversight of marketing and digital media, leading campaigns, cultivating social media strategies, coordinating influencer programs, and fostering sports partnerships. She integrates diverse technology platforms, recently launching a website on Sitecore Cloud and transitioning to Salesforce for email marketing. Mary Loftness, Profitable Customers
Mary Loftness is a seasoned marketing strategist with 35 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, gaming, entertainment, non-profit, and technology industries. Known for her ability to drive measurable marketing outcomes, she has expertise in project management, total quality management, value-based pricing, and yield management, honed at Radisson and Westin hotels. As VP of Relationship Marketing at Station Casinos, Mary launched a successful multi-property loyalty program. She later joined Gorp.com, earning a Travelworld Silver Medal for customer service. Since founding Profitable Customers in 2000, she has provided strategic consulting and direct marketing assistance, specializing in database management and ROI measurement. Mary holds a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree from Southwest State University of Minnesota and frequently instructs at the University of Nevada Gaming Extended Studies program, speaking at industry conferences like G2E and the Indian Gaming Tradeshow.
Andrew Kordek, iPost
Andrew Kordek is the VP of Customer Engagement, Support, and Marketing at iPost, an Email Service Provider (ESP) specializing in data-driven hyper-personalization for modern marketers, especially in the casino industry. Before iPost, Andrew co-founded and served as Chief Strategist at Trendline Interactive, leading major email marketing strategies for complex global programs. With over 24 years in the field, he has worked on the client side at Groupon, Sears, and Quest Software, excelling in strategy, execution, reporting, and analytics. Recognized as a top innovator and thought leader, Andrew is ranked #5 in email marketing and is dedicated to promoting responsible email practices. He’s also an avid speaker and writer on email marketing, with a passion so strong he even has “EMAIL” on his Illinois license plate.
Daniel Kustelski, Chalkline Sports
Daniel Kustelski is the CEO of Chalkline Sports, a customer acquisition and engagement platform for regulated gaming. After serving as a captain in the U.S. Army, Daniel worked in a number of sports-related positions before co-founding an online sportsbook based in Johannesburg, South Africa. After selling the sportsbook to Sun International casino group, Daniel returned to the United States, where he operated an ADW before founding Chalkline.
Justin Shank, Shank Marketing
Justin Shank, founder of Shank Marketing, brings an operations-driven perspective with experience in casino marketing, hospitality, event management, advertising, and publicity for movie studios. He specializes in marketing strategy, social media marketing, reputation management, and marketing technologies, driving innovation through creativity.
Justin’s casino career began in 2010 at Swinomish Casino & Lodge, where he expanded the digital footprint, launched an online interactive slot catalog, and developed a digital marketing team. After a stint on the vendor side of the casino industry, Justin launched Shank Marketing in 2017 to provide tribal casinos with accessible digital marketing resources. The agency has 10 team members and clients across multiple states, including California, Wisconsin, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Justin holds a BA from Western Washington University and enjoys outdoor activities and supporting the Seattle Seahawks.
